These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ontady’s website, services, and features (the "Platform"). By accessing or using Ontady, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Using Ontady

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ontady. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You may not use Ontady for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

User Content & Listings

You may post content such as classifieds, messages, images, and profile details ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your content, but grant Ontady a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the Platform.

You agree not to post: False, misleading, or deceptive listings Inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content Content that infringes on intellectual property rights Spam, malware, or unsolicited promotions Personal data without consent We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or harms the community.

3. Prohibited Activities By using Ontady, you agree not to: Harvest or collect personal data from other users Use bots, scrapers, or automated means without permission Interfere with platform functionality or security Use Ontady to promote illegal activity, hate, or violence Impersonate any person or entity

4. Classified Listings & Transactions Ontady is a platform for connecting users; we do not verify every listing or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of goods and services listed. Users are solely responsible for their interactions and transactions. Always use caution, meet in safe public places, and avoid sharing sensitive financial information unless you're using a secure payment method.

5. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or create risks or legal exposure for Ontady or its users. You may also delete your account at any time.

6. Intellectual Property All content and trademarks on Ontady (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Ontady or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any Ontady branding without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers Ontady is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, security, or that all listings are accurate or genuine. Use of the platform is at your own risk. Ontady is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

8. Modifications to the Service We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of Ontady at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Your continued use of Ontady after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
